Creativity and Diligence Win the Day.

While visiting client B Company in 1983, Prabha heard
Joan wish for a computerized way to accommodate
sales rep requests for minor changes in account
assignments and territories. Upon returning to his hotel
room that evening, he worked until dawn rewriting
computer code to solve the problem, and presented it to
Joan the next morning.

It was a display of ZS's problem-solving passion and
work ethic that continues to this day.
