之前做过一些整理，AM岗位的VI题目基本都是我说的这几个，比准备七八十道题库方便点，我面的时候每一个都在里面，最近想到了就发上来，以后的人可能有用到。
Motivation
1、Why UBS? What differentiates UBS?【2022】
2、 Why do you choose Asset Management【2021】（What attracts you to the specific business area at UBS that you have applied for?）

3、 The challenges facing UBS Asset Management【2021】

4、 What are your passions (and interests) outside of finance that might help you to succeed in your chosen business area at UBS?

5、 Why are you interested in pursuing a career in the finance industry?

Market部分（比如recent deal/merger， pick a stock）我没准备，我觉得ib问得多一点。

Ability

1、What do you understand about the role you have applied for?【2022】

2、How to explain what Asset Management is to people who have never heard of it before?【2021 上海】

3、Please go through the income statement and describe how it is related to the balance sheet and cash flow statement.

4、How to really capture a client's needs? How to measure your solutions were right?【2020 香港】

5、What do you think you have learned at college or university that is particularly relevant to your chosen business area at UBS?【2020 伦敦】

6、What makes you differentiate【2020】

Experience/Teamwork/Personality

1、 How do you maintain self-motivation when you experience a setback to achieve your goal?【2021】

2、 A time when you implemented an innovative initiative【2021】(can you think of a situation where innovations was required to solve a task? What did you do?)

3、What is your biggest achievement, how you got there, what's the outcome, and how you feel about it【2021 上海】

4、How do you ensure that you remain aware and knowledgeable about new skills or concepts?

5、Tell me about a time when you were asked to do something you had never done before. How did you react? What did you learn?【2021】

6、Give me an example of when you enabled other to identify improvements to how they approached work. What was the result?
