标题: Nielsen 笔试+面试
这周 Nielsen 笔试(2小时)+面试(0.5 小时). 地点:上海
笔试由3部分组成:
(1) 10道数学题, 不是特别难, 但是要细心! 公务员的题型都掌握, 基本上就没什么问题. 可惜才买了考公员的书, 还没来的急看!!!
(2) 中文分析题: 说的就是一个公司要上一个新产品, 给出了2种方案, 同时给出数据(已消费群体愿意买, 不愿意买, 客户满意程度等等, 及未消费群体的意见), 然后让你选择哪个方案并说出原因, 后来在面试过程中和HR聊到,这个题目就是Analyst, BASES平时工作中事情, 没有谁对谁错, 只要说的有理由就可以了. 后来跟HR 聊的时候觉得自己太片面, 而是应该从两方面看, 很久没考试了, 一考试就慌了神.
(3) 一个洗厕所Green Clean产品, 在市场上不是很好,客户要求我们跟他们分析分析, 给了很多项的市场调查的结果, 然后写2篇文章, 第一个是大致说一下这个产品现状, 然后写一些解决方案.

面试也就是大致聊一聊, HR也才毕业2年. 聊的就是最近的工作, 及为什么想申请Nielsen, 及毕业论文是怎么统计数据的. 并且说了Analyst, BASES, Shanghai 及Analyst, Analytic Consulting, Shanghai的区别!

感觉:HR 很Nice; 前台很势力; Shanghai office 很local, 很多上海人; shanghai office 很young; Office 冷气开的太足; 让我在过道考试, 来来往往的人很多, 开始算不在行的数学, 很烦, 后来才慢慢集中; 办公室有咖啡机(小型的), 没看型号, 想给自己家里填一个!

不好意思. 看来您提出来的问题我不能做回答了~~,因为今天我打电话问了Nielsen的HR问我考试是否过关, 不过人家很委婉的说由于我考试没过, 所以后面的面试就不能进行了.

it's likely they have already turned me down,
