2022年埃森哲秋招笔测与往年并没有太多的，依旧采用Mix题型，通过几个parts来综合考察参试者verbal，numerical以及logic能力。题目不难，但benchmark较高，有一定通过难度。

Project Progress 

We have been working with ForslunDesign for the last three months on the design and delivery of an extended reality solution. 

We are currently in the information gathering phase of this project and are speaking to key employees across ForslunDesign. We aim to gather information from people across all job roles in the company. These interviews have been going well so far and have generated some great insights but have also raised several challenges which we will need to address to guarantee the success of the project. Among the most pressing were:

● General lack of enthusiasm from some of the interviewees regarding the technology integration. 

● There has been a lack of information given to the employees about the new technology, especially information on how they will be trained in its use and how it will affect the day to day jobs of those who use it.

● There is currently a lack of clarity about when the technology will be deployed. There is disagreement at a senior level as to whether the deployment should be trialled in one location, or with one job type, or across the business simultaneously. 

We have sent the client a video outline of the first draft of our proposed solution, outlining the major features of the technology solution we will deliver. This video is available under the heading of 'Extended Reality Solution Demonstration'. This solution will continue to evolve as we gather more information from the interviews.
