没想到还有director面
这次问了很多cv的问题，楼主做过hr consulting，第一个问题就是你怎么看待hr consulting和strategy consulting 和 management consulting的关系。
然后对和咨询相关的实习项目会深挖，
楼主帮一个创业公司做过market strategy
面试官就从行业发展，客户的business model等等发问，最后问“你会建议其他公司收购这家创业公司吗”
楼主分析了一顿，然后面试官反问说，按你这样说，market size small, high switching cost, two players dominate the market, is this a shit business to run...
当时楼主就愣住了 超级尴尬
然后就是market sizing，面试官吐槽了楼主的常识。做这种case还是要对国内城市人口数量熟悉
然后就是基本的case - find out the reason behind the decreasing utilization rate...面试官又吐槽楼主没有做到mece
