I’ve been with PG for over eight years since I graduated from Tianjin University. With the experience of working and living in different cities including Dalian, Tianjin, Qinhuangdao, Guangzhou and Shanghai, I really explored and learned a lot. By working with different customers including Homeworld, Lotus, Rtmart, Auchun and some distributors, I know how to win with customer together. By working with people from all over the world both inside and outside P&G, I hone my personality and skills. I even have had experience of working in marketing for one and a half year in addition to my CBD job, which broadened my horizon and competence. Now my new position as Hair Care MSP manager for Greater China requires a higher level of strategic thinking and organizational skills. To me, only 3 years experiences, PG is mostly like a business institute, which equips me with different knowledge at different stage, provides me lots of opportunities & challenges, and most importantly commits to my development. I started my career from handling a national top 10 customer after systematic in-section training. Then I took business of 10 Million RMB business per month under the on-job coaching from line manager. 18 months’ later, I was promoted to Unit Manager, whose responsibility is not only on business, but also on people.
