自我介绍中文

(1) What motivated you to apply for the Siemens Graduate Program (SGP)?

(2) What are your expectations of the Program and what do you believe is expected from you?

(3) Where do you see yourself after the SGP?

Please tell us about one particular project where you worked very hard to reach a goal, yet, were not successful in the end.

(1) Briefly describe what the situation was about.

(2) How did you feel during and after this project?

(3) What learning's did you take away?

Please describe one concrete example that increased your awareness of cultural differences, and what did you learn from it?

Please shortly describe one concrete situation where you found it difficult to convince or persuade others.

(1) What made it difficult?

(2) What did you do or say to convince them?

(3) What was the outcome?

Tell me about a time when you created and executed a new idea.

(1) What was the situation about?

(2) How did you do this?

(3) What was the concrete outcome?

Do you want to work in other cities except except Beijing? Please list less than 3 most preferred cities.

We would like to invite SGP candidates to Siemens Center in Beijing for final round, would you please let us know you available time in China for onsite Assessment Center? If you cannot join onsite Assessment Center in Beijing, please also let us know.
