Hi,

申请完后之后大约两个星期收到游戏题和性格测试，感觉性格测试偏向innovative的人，游戏题我基本上盲选。。。。
做完游戏题后大约一个多星期收到VI，我当时是五个题目，和别的candidates分享的差不多，我总结了六个题目，准备好这六个，肯定没问题
做完VI后隔天收到HR电话面试，还在准备中，题目到时候再分享吧！有朋友刚面试HR，听说问了expected salary，感觉Bloomberg HK今年招人budget有限。。。。

1. Self-Introduction, What motives you to apply for this position?
2. Why are you interested in this position? Your understanding of this positon? Responsibility? Etc
3. Tell me about a time you use techinical skills or softwares to solve a problem, your role in the project? What can you do to make it better?
4. In the global data department, why do you think techinical skills are important?
5. Tell me about an area in the financial market you are interested about? Why?
6. Why are you better than other candidates?

刚跟HR打完电话，手机无端端接不到香港打来的三次call，心力交瘁。。。然后HR就email了我一个link 让我用APP 打电话，还说体谅我的technical issue。。。感觉人挺好的，全程大约15-20 分钟吧，接不到电话浪费了10几分钟。。。
问题大约是：
1. Self Introduction
2. What do you want to do in 5 years? 我说了quantitative finance和data Science，她说两个看起来不太相关，问我更喜欢哪个，我就扯了一下DS
3. Why this position？
4. Core strengths and weakness?
5. 我说了在上online DS课程，她就问我Project，还有工作中有没有用过什么technical skills?
6. Why HK？
7. Availability and expected salary？

全程感觉很轻松，HR人很好，基本上都是一些behevioral questions, 不过会跟着你的回答提问你，问题都不难。。。然后说他们还在面试别的candidates, 大约两个星期会有回复。。。
