纯英文面试（有一位非中文面试官），共四个部分，约45mins。

自我介绍

• self-introduction
• why you want to join P&G
  
  

八大问

• what challenges you faced and how you addressed it.
• what technical challenge you addressed.
• describe an innovation you made and its outcomes.
• describe a time when you embraced changes and why you made the decision.
• in a leadership role, what makes you different?
  
  

Behavioural questions:

• 3 tasks due in a week, a month and 3 months respectively, how will you plan them?
• you found that a protocol developed by a senior colleague can be modified to increase work efficiency. However, the senior colleague is very proud of the protocol which has also been used by the team for over 20 years. What will you do?
