标题: HK COO VI
之前在网上被很多陌生小伙伴帮助，特地回来回馈社。
Btw，其他申请IB COO 2020 summer的小伙伴欢迎来骚扰，讨论面试流程！

我的问题，感觉比较tricky的有：
1) Describe a time you had to change a plan at the last minute (我回答的很不好这道题...)
2）Example you negotiated a successful outcome
3）feedback about your team-working style （回答的也不好，因为literally之前没怎么收到过feedback，大家都是埋头干活）

总的来讲今年HK是先筛简历，后发VI，VI通过会直接邀请面试；
攒人品啦！

我覺得還好就是類似的題改了一下說法
我的8道題是
1. What interests you about a career at UBS
2. What do you understand a COO to be? Describe the role of a COO.
3. Describe a time when something happened that meant you had to change a plan at the last minute.
4. Give me a recent example of when you negotiated a successful outcome. What was the situation? How did you get to a successful outcome?
5. Tell me about a situation when you initiated a new or better way of doing things. What did you suggest? Which ideas did you put into place? What was the outcome?
6. What feedback have you had from others about your team-working style? What are your strengths and development areas? What have you done to improve on these development areas?
7. Tell me about a time when you felt you took a personal risk by challenging the way things were done and how did you challenge? Have you seen changes made based on your feedback?
8. You now have 2 minutes to add any further comments you may have.

第一轮筛选已经结束了~ 不过ubs比较慢
另外COO要的人也不多应该
所以。。。

没有消息...听说第一轮面完的人 hr已经在走程序了感觉headcount少你呢？
