Barclays 的这个assessment一共三个部分，第一部分根据提供的信息分析共四道题要10分钟内完成，第一道是算数，时间很紧张要看好数字把握好时间，我就是第一题读题时间太长了，后面做题的时候都没有时间了。第二三道是verbal，根据图标信息 判断哪一条statement最符合图标的意思。最后一道就是sjt，和同事有了不同意见如何回复他
第二部分第一题是录video， 问你What's your top strengths which your family and friend think of? （大概就是这个意思，问你的top strength）然后是一个回复邮件的题，8分钟时间，tech部门的同事不同意你的的initial analysis，让你回邮件给他，最后一题就是presentation，5分钟准备，5分钟present，让你推荐一个recommend的security feature。
最后部分就是video interview, 30 sec 准备，3分钟录制。
