难道是因为我申请的岗位和论坛上的小伙伴不一样？我碰到的面试题好像都是论坛没有的。
谢谢UBS 让我重新认识了我的英语吹牛水平，真的是还有很长的路要走呀。
感觉凉凉还是发上来造福大众，虽然感觉大多数小伙伴都完成VI了。

1. HK: compliance and operational risk （只是凭大概记忆写的，有一题想不起来了）

How do you define Risk?
What do you think about of the Risk Function in the near future
Your best team to work with? What did you contribute? What else can be done to make the team even more effective?
Describe a situation you have to make a decision? What decision did you make? Outcome?
Give an example when you offer a new or better way to do thing. What did you suggest? What is the outcome?
Give me a recent example of negotiating a successful outcome. What was the situation? How did you get to a successful outcome?
Any other comments

2. SG: chief operation office

Get me through your CV:
the obstacle you have encountered? what kinds of obstacle? what action did you take and what is the outcome?
Introduce a case when you have to influence others towards your objectives
Give an example when you meet competing task? What are the priorities? How do you address and why? What do you learn?
Describe a situation of working with a less effective team? What did you contribute? What can be done to make it more effective?
Describe a situation when others feel it can’t be justified while you justified it under some circumstances? What did you do and what is the outcome?
A case when you fail to deliver the work you promise
Any other comments

你好我也申请了operation并做完了ot和iv，然后我想加两个新的职位进去你知道要怎么操作吗？是开始一个新的application吗？
