拖了好久刚才终于鼓起勇气面了两个position，题目有点不一样。

1. 2019 Industrial placement - IBD - Summer Analyst - HongKong

1. why have you chosen to apply for UBS in particular? What do you think differentiates UBS as a company?
2. Tell us something about yourself that is not on your CV
3. What is your understanding of the role of CCS and why would you want to work within this division?
4. What are the challenges which are likely to occur with a potential merger or acquisition?
5. Explain one change introduced by the government which has had an impact on financial services.
6. Tell me about a time when you received difficult feedback. What was the situation and what did you do about it.
7. Describe a time when something happened that meant you had to change a plan at the last minute. What was the situations? What di dyou do? What was the outcome? How did you learn from this?
8. Any further comments

2. what are UBS strengths with respect to CCS；

3. what are the challenges which are likely to occur with a potential M&A

4. please describe what you believe your role and lifestyle will be as an analyst

5. two strengths and one weakness that would apply to work within ccs；

6. what career goal you set for yourself? how do you define success；

7. Think of a time when you had to explain something complicated to someone who had limited knowledge of the topic? How did you go about it? How do you know if the person understood you?
