AI‘s application and how it will influence our life

AI is not as simple as RPA which can only handle simple and repetitive tasks through designed program. It’s like the human brain that have the ability to learn and help humans to handle more complex issues.

AI is widely used in our daily lives. The first is the speech recognition that used in mobile phone operator. If you need to call China Unicom for help, with the speech recognition, you can get the help you need by voice more easily. Moreover,it can also be used for ride-hailing platform like Didi. With the help of AI, we can determine the price of our ride by positioning technology, as well as the predicted destination it sets based on our data. Besides, every time we use our mobile phone to pay for goods or services using Ali pay or Apple pay, it contains AI technologies. We can trade safely by using fingerprint recognition instead of password. What’s more, E-commerce company like Taobao will provide some advertisements by analyzing your daily trading data with AI technologies.

To be honest, AI changes our life styles rapidly. It makes our lives more efficiency and convenient. In the future, AI will be more integrated with our lives. We will find AI everywhere.

AI’s attitude

AI is not as simple as RPA which can only handle simple and repetitive tasks through designed program. It’s like the human brain that has the ability to learn and help humans to handle more complex issues. But nowadays many people are afraid of its rapid development which may be out of human control.

To be honest, I can hardly agree with this point of view. On one hand, AI is such an efficient tool that can solve problems faster and more cost effective than humans in some respects. Therefore, many job positions may be replaced by AI. People will concern the future unemployment. On the other hand, AI will increase the productivity of society and save costs for enterprises. More funds can be invested in other areas to create higher value-added employment opportunities. Besides, AI does help a lot to solve problems and improve the efficiency of our life and work. For example, if you need to call China Unicom for help, with the speech recognition, you can get the help you need by voice more easily. AI not only helps us in our daily life, but also helps us at work. We can free up our concentration on more challenging tasks. For decision management, AI can analyze the decision based on data, principles and logic which helps managers to make decisions easily. Moreover, if we control or even stop AI’s development, many opportunities may be missedand social progress will slow down. We should not worry about it, but need to face it and manage it well because AI is designed by humans. What really matters is that we ought to keep learning and catching up with the speed of AI’s development. Thus, we can make full use of AI and make it convenient for our daily lives and improve our work efficiency.

AI replaces human intelligence and job positions

Artificial Intelligence is a computer system that helps human to complete tasks with its simulation of human understanding and thought. Recently, AI’s rapid development has attracted people’s attention to the conflict between AI and human work force.

In my opinion, AI may destroy many job positions in the short term. But in the long term, AI will help companies provide more job opportunities.

In the past, many salesmen and cashiers were needed in the supermarket to meet the employment needs to some extent. But this type of labor is low value-added. Now with the combination of AI technology and supermarkets, people have electronic shopping guide robots when purchasing goods, and people can also use the QR code to self-checkout through Ali pay or Apple pay without cashiers. Therefore, on the one hand, supermarkets replace the original human labor with AI which is low-cost and high-efficiency. On the other hand, supermarkets can save more money and create higher value-added employment opportunities.

In a word, AI will increase the productivity of society and save costs for enterprises. We don’t need to worry about its development. What really matters is that we ought to keep learning and catching up with the speed of AI’s development. Thus, we can make full use of AI and make it convenient for our daily lives and improve our work efficiency.

Fintech

Every time when people talk about Fintech which also called Financial Technology, the first applications occur to me are Ali Pay, Wechat Pay and Apple Pay which combine fingerprint recognition and mobile payment technology. They changed the payment method in our daily life. In the past, we used cash or credit cards to pay for goods and services. But now, we don’t need to prepare cash before we go outside for shopping. Just remember to take your mobile phone, show your QR code to the cashier and then press on your mobile phone screen with your finger. The payment procedures will be completed at a second.

Besides, Fintech application in Internet finance is also rapidly changing people's consuming habits. Some applications are like Jingdong baitiao, Ant check later. They give consumers a certain amount of credit based on their online credit score. Consumers can make pre-consumption payments or installment payments within their credits. The procedures are simple and convenient. Thus, large amount of people are depended on these applications.

In a word, applications of Fintech became more and more popular in our daily lives. Fintech was not out of reach, but around us. Applications are slightly changing our lifestyles and leading the trend of consumption.

Physical tansfer of money?

I have to admit that mobile payment is changing our payment methods. But it’s too early to say that mobile payment has replaced the traditional wallet. According to the global popularity of mobile payments. China has reached 77%, while the USA has reached only 48%. What's more, about 85% of the world's retail transactions still rely on traditional cash, and some supermarket cashiers only support cash transactions.

Thanks for the rapid development of Fintech cellular applications, mobile payment becomes more and more popular. In the past, we used cash or credit cards to pay for goods and services. But now, we don’t need to prepare cash before we go outside for shopping. Mobile payment does have many advantages. But it also has some disadvantages. The first is that through mobile payment, merchants will collect the data from customers. If the mobile phone has no power or the signal is not good, mobile payment cannot be completed.

In a word, the changing takes time. It’s difficult to say when will be the end of physical money. But our lives will become more convenient because of the development of Fintech.

Fintech trend (不会) Millennials(千禧一代)

Fintech or Financial technology, one of the hottest topics in the financial world today, is the application that combines many new technologies that make financial services more convenient and efficient. Millennials are a generation that grew up with the Internet. They are more likely to accept new things and are the customers with the greatest potential.

From my point of view, Fintech's application on the Internet will be the mainstream in the future. Such as some applications are like Jingdong baitiao, Ant check later. However, Fintech will face many challenges in the future. First of all, there are still many unsafe factors in online financial transactions. Also, there will be more transactions in the future depending on the network, ensuring that the future network can handle large amounts of transactions efficiently is also a huge challenge. Finally, financial services consultants still need a lot of manpower, low efficiency and can not fully meet the real needs of customers. Therefore, vigorously developing AI technology and improving machine efficiency can make financial services more efficient.

Nuclear (作为政府，是否建？考虑什么因素)

As the governor of the city, after considering many factors, I will choose to build up nuclear plant.

First of all, Nuclear energy is almost the cleanest and most cost-effective power resources. The biggest advantage of this energy is that greenhouse gases are not released during a nuclear reaction. Moreover, nuclear plants will solve the shortcomings of insufficient electric power supply in the city. Which means that our city will no longer dependent on those unearthing fossil fuels. Nuclear does have many advantages. But before we build up the nuclear plant, thinking about the possibilities of human errors, accidents, or natural calamities are very necessary for us. A comprehensive assessment of risks is needed to prevent natural disasters that may have an impact on the nuclear plant. Besides, learning from the experience of others to ensure the safety and reliability of our nuclear plants. The final step is to ensure that professional training is in place and to avoid human errors.

In a word, put the safety of citizens in the first place, and make sufficient safeguard and perfect plan for the nuclear plant. Thus, we can make full use of nuclear and build up a better city.

Nuclear ideal source of power?

Nuclear does have many advantages. It is almost the cleanest and most cost-effective power resources. Around 10-15 years are required to develop a single plant. Moreover, The waste produced after fission reactions contains unstable elements, and is highly radioactive. It is very dangerous to the environment as well as human health, and remains so for hundreds of years_Nuclear power is not a sustainable energy because of uranium, the source of nuclear power, is not renewable and the reserve is very limited on the earth.

Based on the above analysis of nuclear power, nuclear power is one but not the best source of power to meet the demand for energy and other energy resources should be explored as well.

核能很危险，但是又很好，怎么办？

Nuclear does have many advantages. It is almost the cleanest and most cost-effective power resources. The biggest advantage of this energy is that greenhouse gases are not released during a nuclear reaction. But the risk of nuclear plant accidents also let us feel scared. To solve the dilemma problem, few advices are prepared:

First of all, we must carefully learn from the experience of other nuclear power plants, and also pay attention to the causes of nuclear power accidents. Secondly, it is necessary to formulate nuclear power plant standards, regulate and constrain the operation of nuclear power plants. Besides, ensure that professional training for technicians is in place to improve the risk prevention awareness of nuclear power plant. Last but not least, make sure that the protective measures are sufficient for the nuclear plant to prevent natural disasters.

Food safety (import food oversea?)

With improvement of our people’s quality of life, food safety issues are becoming more and more important. Recently, people have lost confidence in domestic foods due to many food safety incidents. More and more people choose to purchase overseas food like milk or other bio food.

From my point of view, I am willing to give domestic food another chance to present high quality and safe food. The main reason for the food safety issues are due to lack of regulation. The government’s lack of practice and experience in food safety and inadequate policies have caused food safety incidents. At the same time, the lack of professional ethics in food suppliers is also an important factor. In order to achieve higher profits, food suppliers reduce costs by providing poor quality of food. To solve these problems, the government needs to strengthen legislation on food safety, improve supervision, and try to prevent food safety problems from happening. What’s more, it is also need to further improve the professional ethics of food suppliers. Finally, the tax burden of food industry enterprises can be reduced to give food companies more profit.

In a word, with the efforts of the government and food companies, more and more healthy and safe food will be provided. We need more time for our local food industry to become better.

Food safety(还要进一步改进吗)

Food safety has become a rising concern among Chinese citizens after a series of food contamination accidents occurred across the country in recent years.

Food producers should be blamed for the frequent food safety incidents. In order to sell more products and make more profits, some food producers may take the risk of breaking the law and deliberately add various dangerous chemicals to make their food look or taste better. Besides, the government is also responsible for food safety issues and improve better supervision system to guarantee the food safety.

However, the food safety problems were not only caused by regulators and food producers. The entire society should try to avoid food safety issues. First of all, food safety supervision depends not only on the government, but also on the participation of the general public. If we find out some problems about the food, Report it to the relevant department in time. At the same time, strengthen food safety education for citizens, so that citizens have certain ability to identify foods with problems. Last but not least, food producers need to improve their Social responsibility awareness and Professional ethics.

Global warming（发展中国家被谴责？该怎么做？）

People may feel that the climate has been getting steadily warmer and warmer in recent years. Global warming became one of the most serious problems around the world. With the rapid development of developing countries, large amount of greenhouse gases were generated which made the global warming more serious.

From my point of view, developing countries should be blame for generating more pollution that results in global warming. However, the more important things we need to do is that how to improve the situation.

First of all, we should use more clean energy like nuclear and wind energy instead of coal and oil. Which will absolutely help decrease the generation of greenhouse gases. Furthermore, more trees need to be planted to help absorb greenhouse gases and beautify the environment. Besides, it’s necessary for us to enhance environmental awareness which encourage people to ride shared bikes or by bus instead of driving a car if possible. More importantly, stricter laws concerning global warming and irresponsible use of fuel resources must to be put into effect and achieved good results.

In a word, we must balance the rapid development of our economy with the harmony of nature. Slow down the economic growth and pursue sustainable development will benefit the world a lot.

是否应该减排，放缓经济发展？

From my point of view, I do agree to slow down the speed of economic growth and limit the greenhouse gas emissions.

Global warming brings many negative effects. To start with, the climate changes a lot because of global warming. Drought lasts longer in some dry areas. People find that without air conditioners they could hardly work or fall asleep on hotter summer days. Moreover, natural disasters like tsunami are more frequent these days. Because the ice of Antarctica and Arctic Ocean begin to melt. Global warming has seriously threatened human survival.

It’s still not too late to prevent global warming. If we can use more clean energy like nuclear and wind energy instead of coal and oil. And try to plant more trees to help absorb greenhouse gas and beautify the environment. Last but not least, it’s necessary for us to enhance environmental awareness which encourage people to ride shared bikes or by bus instead of driving a car. Only to do that, the situation of global warming will be better.

与其改变全球变暖，不如尝试寻找办法与其共存？

From my point of view, I can hardly agree the proposal that we should try to find a way of living with global warming instead of preventing it.

It will take a long time to find a way of living with global warming, not to mention the fact that we don’t have enough time and ability. Global warming became more serious.
