2 Pitch me a stock. Why did you choose this stock? What makes it a good buy/sell/hold?
3 What do you think are the challenges faced by <span class="caps">UBS</span> Investment Bank?
4 Tell me about a time when you felt you took a personal risk by challenging the way things were done and how did you challenge? Have you seen changes made based on your feedback?
5 How do you make sure you always deliver the highest quality and efficiency in what you do? Give me an example.
6 Give me an example of when you had to work without any guidance. What kinds of decisions did you have to make? How did you cope? What feedback did you receive?
7 Describe a time when something happened that meant you had to change a plan at the last minute. What was the situation? What did you do? What was the outcome? What did you learn from this?
