跪谢大佬整理的VI，真的有好多题目都是一样的，可是我想今天晚上弄完，只准备了Operate Center，结果有些题就没准备...
那个帖子整理了论坛里各个部门的vi问题

整理下我知道的Operate Center题目

What qualities do you think are important to be successful in working for a global bank?
Why do you think you are a good fit of the company (position?)

Think of a time when you had several competing projects. What was the priorities? What did you do? What did you base on toprioritise them?

Think of a time when you improved aprocess. What did you do? How did you improve it? What was the result?

Think of a time whenyou worked really hard. What aspects motivated you? What were the elements thatde-motivated you? What was the result?

Think of a time when you received adifficult feedback. What was the situation like? How did you react to it?

What would you dowhen you are stuck with a problem?

If you are to workfor a 6-months project, and it is about to overrun on costs. What would you doto solve it effectively?

你的同事或同学如何描述你的合作能力？
最近有什么经济事件（business event）吸引你关注？为啥？
你对这个职位的理解是怎样的？
举例子：向不同专业的人介绍自己专业的一个难懂的知识，怎么介绍的？你怎么知道对方听懂了？

不过我有个问题呐 What qualities do you think are important to be successful in working for a global bank? global bank 指的是UBS吗？
