　　能源集团：GE是全球领先的发电技术、能源服务和系统管理的供应商。该集团在中国积极支持能源工业的发展，参与中国电厂建设、西气东输、西电东输、三峡工程等国家重点项目。
　　医疗集团：从第一款X光管开始，GE为健康和生命不断创新。GE医疗系统集团1991年进入中国，现在已成为集生产、销售、出口为一体的医疗设备和服务的供应商。
　　基础设施集团：GE基础设施包括水处理、安防、自动化和传感器产品和等业务，为基础设施建设提供绿色、安全和高科技的解决方案。
　　NBC环球：NBC作为美国第一家广播电视网，已经成长为一家多元的国际媒体公司。今天，NBC通过无线广播、有线广播、卫星和互联网，为亿万人提供娱乐节目和新闻消息。在美国，18岁至49岁观众群中NBC的收视率一直稳居首位。NBC拥有和运营着13家电视台。
　　交通运输集团：GE交通运输集团由飞机发动机和轨道交通两部分业务组成，应用领域覆盖航空、铁路、海洋交通和公路。

　　高新材料集团：GE高新材料集团是以工程塑料和有机硅产品为平台，并结合石英和陶瓷材料，提供材料解决方案的全球领先供应商。GE高新材料集团的业务包括塑料,结构化产品、LNP工程塑料、有机硅和石英。GE结构化产品包括薄膜和板材。
　　消费与工业集团：GE消费与工业产品集团的业务范围包括家电产品、照明产品和集成工业设备系统及服务。
　　设备服务集团：GE设备服务为全球大中型企业提供全方位的设备管理、融资和运营服务。其产品和服务涵盖经营租赁、贷款、销售和资产管理，范围涉及各类商务和运输设备，包括卡车、拖车、火车车辆、联合运输的集装箱和永久及活动房屋。

2008年7月份之后变为4个Group了，以下是CEO给Collegue的关于New Company Organizational Structure的信，大家可以参考以下 Colleagues, Today we are announcing an organizational structure that simplifies our company and aligns our businesses on growth and efficiency. With the announcement of our focus on a possible Consumer & Industrial spin-off, we can structure the company in a simpler way that can maximize future growth. GE is a global infrastructure, finance and media company that is well positioned to capitalize on some of the major growth themes of this era. Infrastructure leads our growth, with revenues approaching $90B. Our infrastructure businesses are all global, technology based and have dynamic service opportunities. The new organization, which is effective today, will put two strong leaders in position to drive execution: - GE Technology Infrastructure – Led by Vice Chairman John Rice, this segment includes Healthcare, Aviation, Transportation and Enterprise Solutions. These businesses have opportunities to leverage technology, software and engineering. - GE Energy Infrastructure – Led by newly appointed Vice Chairman John Krenicki, this segment includes Energy, Oil & Gas and Water. These technologies already work together with large customers, particularly in emerging markets. At the same time, we plan to combine our financial service businesses into GE Capital, led by Vice Chairman Mike Neal. This will include Commercial Finance, GE Money, and industry verticals (GECAS, Energy Financial Services), and Corporate Treasury. This organization will improve our opportunities to grow globally and reduce cost. NBC Universal is unchanged and will continue to be led by Jeff Zucker. We like our growth prospects in the media industry. We have been upgrading our portfolio of businesses and simplifying our organizations for market focus, efficiency and execution. We have higher-growth, higher-margin businesses and organizationally have simplified the company from 11 business segments in 2001 to four segments today. At the same time, we have structured the company to best utilize our strong leadership team while maximizing synergy and execution. Today we are also announcing that the GE Board of Directors has named John Krenicki, a 24-year GE veteran, as a vice chairman of GE. John is a world-class infrastructure expert, business strategist and commercial leader who has done a terrific job leading our Plastics, Transportation and Energy businesses. His clear thinking and broad global leadership experience will help drive growth across our energy and water infrastructure businesses. Since 2005, Krenicki has been president and chief executive officer of GE Energy, a leading supplier of power generation technology, energy services and energy management systems. Previously, he was president and CEO of GE Plastics and GE Advanced Materials. He also held a number of other leadership positions at various GE businesses, including vice president of the Americas for GE Lighting, vice president of GE Superabrasives and president and chief executive officer of GE Transportation Systems. Krenicki earned a bachelor∏s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut and a master∏s degree in management from Purdue University. Thanks for all you do for GE. Jeff
