哎哎刚面完深刻觉得自己悲剧了。。。。因为HR姐姐最后跟我share the structure of summer internship program，而每次悲剧都是以这种sharing结尾的。。。。。
写个面经积攒RP吧
HR姐姐还是蛮nice的有两个问题我没听清她就很耐心的repeat ，然后也很好心的提示你mention example
能记清的问题就是这些吧：
1. What is interest about you besides your resume?(第一个问题就没听清我以为是“according to your resume" 结果说了一半被打断了悲剧。。。）
2. How do you solve the team conflicts?
3. How do you tackle with a key stakeholder that is too demanding?
4. Why would you like to join HSBC?
5. Which position you feel like to join in?
6. How do you respond to a personal development need?
7. Give me a time that you work under stress?

然后就是惯例的info sharing。。。。我问了人家什么时候发下一步通知， if rejected will be notified or not.....
哎这个也悲剧了。。。准备下一个。。。

我也是一个月前申请的据HR讲说现在还是在电面的阶段估计等几天你也应该收到电面了吧 btw我的status也是accepted dun worry~~~

LZ做过几个online test呢？电面是提前预约的还是突袭呢？

我是俩个test 会突袭可是我没接到电话于是实际上等于预约了~~
