I choose Shell as my career starting because Shell’s core values of “honesty, integrity and respect for people”. I earnestly desire to join a company whose culture and spirit can push me for non-stopping progress. As for me, job is like a marriage to some extent that is to say I wish to work for one company for my life time if possible, so I’m looking for the one which have the same values as me. Besides, Shell is the top 3 of the intenational energy and petrochemical companies and have perfect career development for employees. So I can realize my dream that to learn the most advanced skill and knowledge in a top company of world-wide as well as contributing my effect for the company’s development.
Give reasons for your preference (Tech. and Commercial)
I prefer commercial the most. To be humorously, I like working with people and money. It’s more challenging than dealing with machines for me. Take sales and marketing for example, it makes me feel exciting when sales and market are enlarged by my effect that is to say I’m appeal to making profit.
