Communication skills

Team player and potential to be a team leader

Personal appearance（与企业形象一致）eg. professional, business worker

Self-confidence, keen to learn, enthusiasm-positive but realistic outlook

Genuine interest in the company. ---should do work about the company

上海招300-400人，要求应聘者平均成绩达到80分

流程： 网申---新托业考试—AC群评面试

Using Professional Tools to analysis yourself, eg. SWOT analysis, MBTI assessment

Ask yourself what differences you from others

Motivation 来源：成就感/完成一个programmer时

了解你应聘的公司：

People strategy, eg. culture, company, opportunity

Company structure, business, clients(什么样的客户，就需要什么样的员工)

About E&Y

Asia Pacific+Japan+British (总部)+Great China( including 21 cities, 10000 workers)

Our business: Assurance( 审计)、Advisory（chanel 1, chanel 2, including risk, computer supporting, PI performance）, Tax, Transactions(交易支持部---投资部，支持企业的资本运作、股权交易和并购等)
