从其他网站转来的。可以借鉴到今年校园招聘上吧。大家看着参考罗。（最后一道OQ分析貌似不对哈，因为刚刚完成校招网申，觉得不是下面讲的那回事罗）

　　建议回答思路：
　　这里虽然不是特别强调要写的，但是认真对待总是好的。求职者正好利用这个问题来说明一些自己之前没表现出来的优势，你可以通过事例或工作经验案例来说明，尽量展现自己的优势，当然这些优势也要和你应聘的岗位相符合。同样的，如果你对此岗位有什么期望或你有什么计划，都可以在此展现，要注意事例的条理性，不要说的很混乱，每方面都有可每一样都没说清楚。尽量针对一件事来写，如果你组织的够好，可以把你想写的东西罗列出来。

　　建议回答思路：
　　这个问题是必答题，说明你的几个爱好的理由，求职者可以选择一两个爱好来说明一下，如爱看书，为什么爱看书，它能给你带来什么?你平时都看什么书，看书的过程中你是否会记录一些内容，或看完后会有什么感想等等。

　　建议回答思路：
　　说明如何辛苦得到的奖学金或奖励，建议求职者描述过程中遵循STAR原则，说明事件的时间背景，你的角色和责任，事件的过程，发生了什么事情，你做了哪些事情，遇到了什么问题，怎么解决的?最终取得了什么样的成果等等。

　　建议回答思路：
　　这个问题很直接，题目说明的也很明确，介绍一下你的工作经验。解释原因有多少人在团队中,你的角色、职责、采取行动和结果。那具体的思路和第三题中的一样，最好遵循STAR原则，有条理的进行阐述。

　　建议回答思路：
　　阐述求职者参加过的协会或活动，同样，思路可参考第三题的STAR原则。

回复一下LZ，第二个问题个人觉得理解有误。题干是先选择professional interest（technical & commercial），之后是这个preference的问题，我觉得是回答职业选择的原因。
大家可以讨论下。
