Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand given design and feature implementation, using your mastery of technical tools to help make a product vision a reality.
• Make smart design decision for owned features
• Fast prototyping to demonstrate early concept development
• Creatively work and willing to take risks or challenges.
• Develop a keen understanding of users’ needs, engage in agile model and design methodologies, and create new insights that shape product and information content to best match/exceed user needs.
• Work in multiple phases, from delivering high-level user needs/strategy, to creating clear design goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members/leads participating in strategic discussions and be open to share thoughts.
  

Requirements and Skills

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• Master degree majored in computer/software engineering or related technical disciplines are preferred.
• Has a good understanding of OO principles, data structure, strong coding skills in C# and hands-on experiences with .NET based application development
• Has in-depth knowledge of HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML/XSLT, ASP.NET Web service, and related components programming
• Has a good understanding of Database, good coding skills in T-SQL programming
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
