We are looking for excellent candidates with great technical and managerial potentials who are willing to start out their career in an international hotel group in Beijing.

Position: Management Trainee (Beijing)

Requirements:

n Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree or above (majored in Hotel Management will be a plus, but not required)

(Applicant with less than 2 years working experiences can also apply)

n Excellent Mandarin and English skills (written & oral)

n Willing to work hard and be successful in the hotel industry

n Leadership and team-oriented

n Self motivated and proactive

n Strong capabilities in MS Office package

n Great company loyalty

As the Management Trainee, you will:

n Start out your career at the office of the General Manager and get plenty of opportunities to build up direct networks with the management

n Get competitive compensation package and additional employee benefits in the market

n Have comprehensive training and chances to grow up to be the management of the company

Hi guys, there is no such a notification about the deadline of CV submission. If anyone happens to know this, pls tell me soon. thx.

Dear All,

Thank you for your strong interests and support to our program. And the following information is going to answer some questions from candidates.

1) As to the deadline: we did not set up a solid deadline to stop us from recruiting excellent candidates, thus the cv-screening and interviews will be held simultaneously. However, if you do not get any feedback from us within 2 weeks (sometimes 3 weeks), it is likely that you are not shortlisted. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be informed.

2)  It was a shame that we still received many applications with inappropriate subjects, insufficient materials (i.e. no passport-sized photo attached, no chinese cv, etc.) or re-submitted applicants, even though we have clearly expressed our requirements. Therefore, all these applicants fell into these situations will not be considered.
