Position: Internal Controller Trainee Property: Full Time What’s internal control? Carrefour China Internal Control Team helps stores & all other different function Dept. to: Ensure the compliance of national policies/strategies; Avoid or reduce the potential risks. What are our responsibilities? l
Work independently to do field check based on deep understanding of company policy; l
Ensure high checking quality, to identify problem, and analyze potential risk; l
Report checking result to company for better implementing company policy. l
Help to build the communication bridge between stores, other different function & Head Office l
Prepare checking points and relevant material for each task l
Hold training for each responsible task and Q&A during checking l
Analyze checking result and make Internal Control National/Regional/Store Report l
Calculate performance evaluation (KPI) for each checking objective group l
Summarize problems and share experience for each task l
Answer questions raised from store & other different function dept. l
Strictly respect Internal Control dept. policy What you will get from Carrefour: Carrefour China has a systemic training program for each new comer to get to know the company’s daily operation & even the whole industry. l
You will have opportunities to understand and experience each function in retail industry and the way companies formulate strategies and monitor performance. l

Good communication; l
Fluent English on Listening, Written, Spoken and Reading; l
Detail and accuracy oriented with good logical and analytical skills; l
Strong reporting writing and presentation skills; l
Good data analysis and processing ability and proficient in Office software; l
High integrity; l
Willing to learn; l
Hard working, able to work under pressure; l
A team player; l
The position is based around china, and requires traveling often. Location:
